Ok I am going on a limb here I know on the other hand dare claim that the title of this blog post is completely true that BPOs are in reality one among or else THE MOST overlooked Profit Centers inside the Real Estate business.
 
As an experienced REO and BPO Realtor more than 12 years We have ran into many Realtors and Brokers who have said lots of things in regards to the business I'm in everyday, Oftentimes I buy retail Agents or Brokers who visit me asking the best way to enter the REO business. However rarely at any time get someone that asks "How can I start doing BPOs?". Why? Well I am going to dare to convey which they just are certainly not that sexy. Everyone wants is the next REO King or Queen but who would like to be considered a BPO agent? Simple fact does BPOs is EXACTLY generate an income broke in to the REO business and to today the BPO is a huge a part of my company model.
 
But ok allow me to share just what the Objectors say:
 
I once did BPOs however i was simply tired of running around for $30-50 here and $30-50 there. It is only not worth every penny!!!
 
My fact is NOT Worthwhile!!! Seriously??! Do you find it worthwhile in case you made another $25,000-$100,000+ annually just from your BPO business?
 
Shall we be held being serious? What supports those numbers? Fact is My offer does. Yes you heard that right daily I process usually over 10 BPOs a day 50 plus weekly and also over 300+ a month. In fact expenses of my system I make over $5000 per month net and over $60,000 12 months net from my offer.
 
When people figure out they simply want the REO Listings or that doing BPOs is often a total waste I must say i believe they may not be the Agents or Brokers that have what can be done to make it inside the default servicing industry. Why? Because they are unwilling to go to any length to break into or remain in the organization. They really want the big checks, they really want the awards from thier toted RE/MAX, Keller Williams or National Brand.
 
But what these are passing up on has become a opportunity to support thier existing businesses and propel thier name in the default servicing industry. My solutions looking to change that a bit, one agent at any given time.
